With this video, created in collaboration with Michael Prgomet, a naturopath I’ve known for many years, I want to show anyone interested in losing weight how they can get started simply by taking pepper & tumeric (or curry if needed).

This is complemented by specifically balancing the micronutrient deficiencies in water-soluble vitamins (B, C) and fat-soluble vitamins including omega-3 fatty acids, which often occur during weight loss. Combined with a deliberate low-carb diet, this approach can effectively reduce both excess body weight and water retention.

Additionally, the typical negative symptoms that come with dieting can be significantly reduced when the plan is followed correctly – making the weight loss process surprisingly easy and pleasant, especially after a short adjustment period.

Another benefit comes from the effects of niacin and pepper, which boost circulation throughout the entire body. Combined with still water and ionized minerals, this helps break down fat deposits in problem areas more quickly, efficiently, and evenly.

Usage Recommendation – How to Experience the First Effects Right Away

If you’re interested but want to make sure that taking pepper & tumeric really has noticeable effects, you can try one of the following:
 

  • A simple vegetable stir-fry with pepper & curcuma + 200 ml cream (vegan cream also works), using 1 level teaspoon each.

    Or

     

  • A shake with tomato or carrot juice, made with:
     

  • 1 level teaspoon pepper
     

  • Tumeric
     

  • 50 ml cream (vegan cream also works)
     

  • A pinch of salt
